PRABHAKAR ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED, a Company established in 1967, is a Designer, Manufacturer of Boiler Pressure Parts and has expertise, for past 40 years, in manufacturing and replacement of Pressure Parts, like Super Heaters, Economisers, Heat Exchangers, Boiler Tubes, Headers and Steam Piping with its accessories.

We offer replacement services on Boiler Tubes, Super Heaters, Heat Exchangers, Economisers Steam Piping and other Pressure Parts with shorter delivery and at a reasonable price than the Original Boiler Manufacturers.

All Boiler Pressure Parts/ Steam Piping are fully manufactured, fabricated, radiographed (100% viewed from both axis, in special cases), stress relieved, hydro tested and stamped in accordance with ASME Code/Indian Boiler Regulations Act as required.

PROJECT ACTIVITY:

8 to 10 projects at a given time at various locations for major Pressure Parts Replacement scan be undertaken by our expert team of Site Engineers, Skilled Workers and Welders, utilising our own tools and tackles.

Dedicated service of 40 years of supply, replacement of Boiler Tubes and other pressure parts has helped existing Boilers to operate within a minimum break down period.

Our ability to engineer, manufacture and supply pressure parts in the earliest possible period is due to large tube inventory of difference sizes and material specification.

DRAWINGS:

Pressure Parts drawings of mostly all the Boiler Manufacturers are catalogued and listed  in comprehensive database.  All drawings of Pressure Parts are procured in AUTOCAD System.  Full size lay-outs are drawn on plate surface in shop floor which serve as a template for tube bending angles to ensure proper tube configuration and fit up.

SHORT RADIUS BENDS:

Short Radius Bends are bent to preliminary radius then further pressed in cold, with sophisticated toolings to final configuration, even upto 0.6D, maintaining ovality and thinning tolerances to the respective codes.

HEADERS:

Headers of alloy and carbon steel are manufactured and are post weld heat treated as per respective codes.

WELDINGS:

Certified welders approved under Lloyds Register Industrial Services (I) Pvt.Ltd./Indian Boiler Regulations Act for special alloy and carbon steel material are conversant with the latest welding procedures like GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), SAW (submerged Arc) and MMA.   Welding of T-91 specification tubes can also be  undertaken by us.

ASSEMBLIES:

Assemblies of Super heaters, Economisers, Heat Exchangers and other Pressure Parts are done utilising bent tubes as per respective codes.

QUALITY CONTROL:

Our internal standards of Quality Control are stringent and our Q.C.Programme is approved by various International and National Inspection Agencies.

Third Party Inspection Services provided by Lloyds Register of Industrial Services (I) Pvt.Ltd. can be provided along with statutory boards inspection.

We have in built facility for N.D.T. such as:

c)                 Ultrasonic.

WELDING REQUISITES:
