Dante, with blood from the Demon hero Sparda and a human mother, tries to set upshop in a small corner of town, only to find a gigantic tower rise up out of theearth practically next door.  Standing on the very top of that tower, litby the faint light of the moon, is his older twin brother Vergil. Mysteriously, Vergil had seemingly disappeared from the face of the earth yearsago...

...Surrounding Vergil are countless fierce demons!  Although both Dante andVergil share the same blood of Sparda, they have completely differentgoals.  And so Dante heads off toward the tower to settle things withVergil once and for all.  Meanwhile, the Demon Hunter Lady is also makingher way toward this mysterious tower, with a score of her own to settle. And so, the wheels of fate start to turn for the humans, demons, and men who areboth.

Dante's past is now revealed as Devil May Cry returns to its roots.  MasterDante's multiple fighting styles while battling never before seen demons and newcharacters as you fight your way towards a brutal confrontation with Dante'smysterious twin brother, Vergil.


New Features

Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening Special Edition features many new upgradesand added features that build on the original Devil May Cry 3. 

• Vergil Mode: Play through the game as the enemy Vergil rather than as Dante.
• Bloody Palace Mode:  Enter a multi-story dungeon where your only goal is to battle your way to the top, level after level.  There are 9999 levels, and defeating all enemies on a single level unlocks portals to other levels.
• Continue Mode: When you begin anew game, you can select from two options, Gold and Yellow, which determines how Continues will be handled.
• Turbo Mode: For those who like their gameplay at breakneck speeds, this mode revs up the action of the entire game so it runs at 120%.
• Demo Digest: Relay all cut-scenes you have viewed or unlocked so far in the game.
• Very Hard Move: This difficulty mode has been added to the four difficulty modes of the original game.
