a.      Strong adhesion

Usually, UV ink cannot adhere well on PP sheet and many printing factories are very bothered by limitation due to bad adhesion. However our UV ink can print without any trouble on paper, synthetic paper, foils, PVC, PET and even on difficult-to-print PP sheet/film. Moreover, recent emphasis on environment safety protection favors PP more than PVC because PVC emits poisonous gas when incinerated. Our UV inks which adhere well on PP therefore contribute to a safer and better environment.

b.      Non-emulsifying property

Compared to conventional UV ink, our UV ink will not emulsify easily. Emulsified ink scum will not accumulate on the rollers thus preventing contamination on paper.

c.      Fast drying and quick curing

After UV curing, our UV ink dries quickly and cures immediately. You will realize these characteristics especially on black or dark color printing.

d.     Anti-scratch

There are cases of other UV ink having good curing but unfortunately they tend to be scratched and peeled off easily. Again, our UV ink differs from other UV ink resisting excellently against scratch or abrasion.

f.     Cost reduction

According to feedback from printing factories using conventional UV inks, many factory uses variety of UV inks to meet demands of their customer and most of them must keep various UV inks in stock. In small jobs, quantity of ink required for one order is small and leftover ink cannot be reused and usually thrown away after printing. One main advantage of our UV ink is printability in paper and plastic without troublesome roller washing. Our UV ink is suitable for all material and hence no need to change ink one order after another. Consequently printers can realize the cost reduction during production. Due to above reason, net unit price will be comparatively cheaper than other conventional UV inks.
