DESTINATION:            The Buyer must confirm ability to provide access to

DELIVERY:                The loading of the vessel will commence latest within
                                   thirty (30) days to forty five (45) banking days after  
                                   receipt and acceptance of the Buyers

                                   payment instrument by the Sellers Bank.   The dates on
