Contract Deals: Minimum order is 12,500MT x 12 = 150,000MT/Yr.  Prices can be as low as USD$175MT depending on the quantity ordered.

Spot Deals: Minimum order is 12,500MT. Prices range from USD$380 - $390 depending on the quantity ordered.
 
Ordering Procedures:
1.) Everyone on the buyer's side (any involved agents and the end buyer) have to sign our NCND (Non Circumvention, Non Disclosure Agreement)
2.) The end buyer issues an ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order)
3.) We will then provide the FCO (Firm Corporate Offer) from the seller. The FCO includes a BCL (Bank Comfort Letter) template which has to be signed by the buyer's bank.
4.) Seller issue draft contract, buyer signs and returns it.
5.) Signatures of hard contract between buyer and seller and hard copies sent back by courier.
6.) Seller will return with a letter of readiness which states that as  soon as the buyer issues a Non operative Letter of Credit, seller's bank will issue the 2% Performance Bond to the buyer's bank. (Buyer will issue a template for the seller to follow). At this stage the seller will also provide proof of product and proof of past performance
7.) Buyer's bank issues the Non Operative Letter of Credit to Seller's bank
8.) Seller's bank issues Proof of Product and 2% Performance bond to buyer's bank, which activates the Letter of Credit.  
9.) Shipment starts as scheduled per contract
 
Payment terms:
The Buyer shall open an Irrevocable Fully Funded Letter of Credit, payable 100% on sight, valid for the duration of the contract period and listing (seller) as beneficiary, for an amount in US dollars sufficient to cover one hundred percent of one month (100%) CIF included, at sight of the shipment (+/- 5%). An international top 50 rated bank will issue the said Letter of Credit bank to bank.

Important: This will be backed by a Stand By Letter Of Credit (SBLC) in amount equivalent to 3 months worth of shipments. This SBLC will be used t fund the final 3 months of the contract per 12 month period.
 
The above procedures and payment terms are non-negotiable and will not be changed for any reason.
 
Also please understand that we get many enquiries from potential buyers daily.  99% of them turn out to be misguided "agents" who know someone, who knows someone else who has a potential buyer, who then turns not to be able or willing to perform. Please verify your buyer before contacting us further. Due to overload of enquiries we have to reserve our time for real buyers. Until we have the buyer's ICPO we cannot do any kind of negotiations, proof of product, brand names, proof of past performance, revelation of sources, etc.  It is the buyer's turn to act first by providing the ICPO. We will guide you through the rest of the process with the FCO.
