• The PureFace Sonion has multiple functions for deeper skin cleansing, toning, firming, lifting, and massaging by using our patented galvanic and ultrasonic technology. The hand-held Sonion device can be used every day and night to remove impurities. The Sonion will also support maximum benefit from skin care products by delivering ingredients to the cellular, renewal levels of the skin. Sonion treatments, combined with the PureFace Mini Microderm, encourage and provide the optimal conditions for healthier skin on the face and body.

Galvanic Current Deeply Cleanses Skin

The PureFace Sonion Ion feature emits positive and negative galvanic current, electric current by chemical action. When the electric stimulus of galvanic current is applied to the skin, the positive pole contracts and the negative pole expands. The galvanic current pulse simultaneously activates both the negative and positive ion pads. The galvanic current uses the negative ion to expand the pore and by softening impurity deposits into a liquid state, while the positive ion pad contract to push out the impurities form the pores. This method is much gentler than having extractions or picking at the pores to release the impurities. By releasing the impurities, large pores will return to normal size.

Toning, Firming, and Lifting

The galvanic current pulses alternate between negative and positive pads to firm, tone, and lift the skin. The positive ion pad contracts to make the skin tighten, provide oxygen for improved skin vitality, and close the pores. It also activates the water-soluble ingredient in Vitamin C and easily penetrates the skin with the vitamin at the cellular renewal level.

The Sonion Ultrasound

The Sonion uses the most common therapeutic ultrasonic frequency of one megahertz (1MHz), a unit of frequency equal to one million cycles per second. The Sonion sonic function maximizes ultrasonic massage by using our patented digital output modulation method.
