Soap has 3 ingredients, one is Surfactant which mainly cleans and second is builder which enhances cleansing effect and the last is additives which complement soaps ability. Surfactant is main material of detergent. There are two characters, one wants to be close to water (hydrophilic property) and other wants to be close to oil (oleophilic). Oleophilic part absorb to dirt and hydrophilic property arranges to water. This is how soap cleans the dirt. 100% acrylic dishwasher contains very rough chemical fiber (we call it Lip solubility). If oil intersects this part the oil gets caught between acrylic yarns. So if we use 100% acrylic dishwasher, we can easily get rid of oily things. According to Japanese patent in 1977, they put acrylic fiber to a thickness of 15cm in cylinder and they made water (which contains 10,000ppm oil) pass through the cylinder. They tested the leached water and they found only 2.5ppm of oil inside the water. As you can see in this test, acrylic fiber can purify polluted water. Because Acrylic fiber is inorganic material, bacteria can't live easily. Compared to other fibers, acrylic fiber adhere bacteria when fiber contains water and after drying, it drops the bacteria away. If acrylic fiber adhesion's bacteria, they chafe to each other and exclude easily. This means, most of food remaining is organism so they can proliferate bacteria. Acrylic fiber can easily absorb these oily remaining and using its rough surface it can exclude bacteria and dirt easily. According to 'Research about pollution in Houses, there are lots of harmful bacteria in kitchen and bedroom, and especially, the dishwashing sponge and dishcloth are worst of Them. The average number of Vibrio Vulnificus in a sponge is more than 40 thousand and 6 million of Salmonella. Every house in the world use dishwashing sponge.  If it contains too much bacteria, it can cause big problem because the sponge can infect its bacteria into dishes. Every sponge we use must clean, and co-environmental We have tested with plate which we have spread same amount of oil, and used same amount of distilled water. And the result of acrylic fiber(without detergent) about DO(dissolved oxygen) was 4ppm. It was the highest result then others. So we think after using acrylic fiber, there will be no water pollution.
