I have a very interesting reasonable Russian oil products offers from my US supplier/as facilitator. Direct from Gazprom, with  following price and procedures for 12 month contract and FOB SPOT deal Rotterdam.

1 )Minimum 500.000 M.TON  Russia d2 based on CIF 390/370 US $ NET PER M.TON 12 MONTH CONTRACT.

2 ) MINIMUM 500.000 M.TON RUSSIAN D2 SPOT FOB ROTTERDAM 380/360 US $ NET

3 ) MINIMUM 10.MILLION BARELLS JET FUEL 54 CIF ( US $ 36 gross US S 30 net )

4 ) MINIMUM 5. MILLION M.TON PER MONTH REBCO 38/36 FOB RUSSIAN PORT

PROCEDURE:

1. Seller sends soft offer to the buyer.

2. NCNDA/IMFPA to be signed and endorsed by bank between all buyer groups.

3. Buyer gives bank endorsed ICPO with full banking details.

4. Seller gives partial POP along with draft contract.

5. Buyer verifies POP and finalizes contract.

6. Final Contract signed & Sealed, Buyer sends MT799 POF to the sellers bank.

7. Seller sends FULL POP

8. Buyer opens RDLC (for contract) / MT103 (for spot) to the Sellers Bank.

9. Delivery

10. Payments as per IMFPA

11. Commission: $10 sell side (closed)

,The ICPO should be addressed to:

GAZPROM Via xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ( PROVIDED UPON RECIPT OF NCND & IMFPA )

Commissions , seller side is closed and buyer side is  going to.
