6 Access (not in house) to CAD CAM system for proper grading and pattern making.
7 Access to tanneries for quality drum dyed and vegetable tuned leather.
8 Access to SGS and reputed laboratories for testing of color fastness breaking strength, material content azo content and others.
9 Full time dedicated sampling section for research D and product development.
10 Very high focused packaging system with access to screen , offset, barcode and
11 wash care label printing.
12 Team of highly qualified professionals to focus at the micro level need of the

Promoter

1 By qualification business administration graduate.
2 Experience and know how of webbing and elastic right from machine to yarn and to final product. These webbings and elastics are basic raw materials for majority of products.
3 On hand experience of cotton / lycra , fleece nylon and other fabric. Good exposure of shirting , bottom weight, and other fabric.
4 Good Knowledge of sand casting and die casting of hardware along with electroplating.
5 Experience of working with major European and American customer.

PRODUCT PROFILE

All our products have been designed and made keeping in mind its function and comfort to the horse. All inputs of our products are azofree and specifically made for specific functions. These products carry individual wash care label, size label, bar code label and sewing ticket for product description, which makes them most convenient for application on the horses. The complete range of product is textile based and is made in a fully mechanized factory with good access to CAD CAM for proper grading and sizes of products.
