We offer a World Class Plant design for manufacturing Styrenated Acrylic or Pure Acrylic Emulsion. The plant can be commissioned in various sizes from 1T to 5T. The exothermic reaction is controlled by efficient Cooling Tower and heating is supported with highly efficient non-IBR boilers. High accuracy metering pump or Rotameter is provided for addition of Monomers. The resultant product is used as intermediate / Binder for interior or exterior water based paints.
