Libratherm offers Microprocessor based Sixteen and Thirty two channel Temperature /Process Data Logger models DATALOG-16 and DATALOG-32, which are designed for continuous monitoring and logging of temperature or process variables at 2 to32 different locations, with indicating accuracy of 0.1oC or 1oC.In DATALOG16 each input has independent amplifier and hence each channel can be calibrated for different input type. For example out of 16 channels, 8 channel scan be thermocouples, 4 can be RTD (PT-100) and rest 4 can be (4-20) mA.
In applications where, in addition to monitoring of the process parameters, the data logging, data storage in the non-volatile memory, common or individual high or low alarm relay outputs, printer or PC interface is also desired, the Model DATALOG-16 offers them all as per the requirement. For this facility the built in Real Time Clock allows real time data logging, parallel printer port allows on line and off line printing and RS232/RS485 serial port allows data logging on to the computer. Customized data logging Software working on Windows platform is also offered for both graphical and tabular representation of the datas of all the channels that is logged in. Single data-logger can also be grouped for multiple systems. Libratherm offers, standard and customized PC based software to meet users requirement. The serial communication is based on MODBUS ASCII protocol, which allows Datalog-16 or Datalog-32 to be interfaced with other master devices working on the same protocol.
