1.PLC Serial Modem
Serial to PLC (Power Line Communication) Modem is a serial to PLC converter, enabling RS232/422/485 serial data to communicate on power line. Serial to PLC Modem can communicate with serial devices using the existing power line without any communication line construction works. In addition, Ethernet packets can also travel on the power line.
2. Advantage
* Existing power line is used as the communication line, saving extra line construction work
and cost.
* Serial to PLC Modem is easy to be installed on any industrial sites with DIN rail support.
* Serial to PLC Modem transmits and receives not only serial data, but also Ethernet packets
via power line. Since two types of communication data can be transmitted from one device,
users can easily apply Serial to PLC Modem to various types of communication devices.
