Raw Material & Design

We use LEDs made by globally leading companies LEDsbasically have long life about 100000 operating hours if they are kept cool. Weat Triumph , take care from the design stage that the LEDs remain at the lowesttemperatures possible. We make detailed calculations for optimum light output .

Manufacturing Process

We use high technology wave soldering machine to solder SMDcomponents

at accurate required temperature. The wave solderingprocess is monitored by skilled personnel under strict quality control. Thisensures required performance and reliability. We use crystal clear coating tomake our products dust proof and waterproof which does not affect the lightoutput.(IP68)

Quality control

Strict quality control is observed during the manufacturingprocess. The products are also sent to independent testing laboratory namelyM/s NCR Engineering Pvt.Ltd.for RoHS compliance. If required the test reportsfor a batch of goods can be sent before dispatching the consignment from Bombay,India.

Lamps

We supply many kinds of LED lamps with different light outputs.All are RoHS compliant and  confirm to ULlisting and CE where applicable. Some are IP68
