Payment Options

1.    DLC: Irrevocable, confirmed, transferable, assignable, divisible, ARDLC of  one month,  each

              shipment paid  by TT within72 hours of arrival of goods at discharge port.
2.      BG:  irrevocable bank guarantee for 3 months shipments, revolving for term of contract with each

        shipment paid by TT within 72 hours of arrival of goods at discharge port.

Closing Procedure

1.            Buyer issues LOI+BCL

2.            Seller issues  FCO.Buyer signs and returns to Seller

3.            Seller issues Draft Contract.

4.            Buyer returns signed contract with bank credit confirmation.

5.            Buyer must visit  Scrap Yard in EU to view goods then issue BG or DLC immediately.
