We represent a large multinational organization seller of Crude and Refined Petroleum products which has a direct relationship with the MOE, Moscow and the OPEC's Vienna based Secretariat.

Our responsibility, is to introduce, by personal invitation only, real, honest, serious and committed end buyer decision makers ready, willing and able to enter into a transaction without any obstructions, delays or stalling tactics. 

We do not entertain communication with:
a.Intermediary chains,
b. Price Shoppers,
c. Time wasters with no idea of the financial and logistical implications and obligations of  

    international oil transactions,
d. Individuals being institutionalized by legitimate buyers to hunt for prices, and

e. Legitimate buyers with unrealistic expectations and demands.

Please do not ask for upfront FCOs, POP, SPA, SGS reports, Tank Receipts, proof of previous performance, supply contract or any other documents to help Phantom buyers with their activities. 

We only introduce serious, committed buyer decision makers, with core values and guiding principles compatible with ours, to our sellers. A few more important points:

a. We are pre-production sellers and so all refined products are sold in Metric tonnes. Only Crude Oil is sold in Barrels.

b. Prices are always at a premium or discount to Platts. No fixed pricing basis for contracts i.e prices are reset every month on a particular date to determine the Platts plus/minus differential price for the month.

c. Quantity available is not a limitation.

d. Buyer needs to show money in the bank once price is agreed before any step from seller.

e. Seller provides verifiable allocation cum lifting schedule from governing agency which can be verified by buyers before they sign contract.

f. Procedures non negotiable.

g. LOI (specified template) + Buyer's profile to initiate process.
