What is quercetin?

Quercetin is a type of polyphenol, which has been a hot topic of late.

Onion skins contain some of the most quercetin of any food,

and we recommend you to consume this nutrient as part of a balanced diet to promote everyday good health.

Finarl increases quercetin concentration by 1.4x through its proprietary onion skin fermentation technology (patented).

We use a bacterial culture called Tempeh, which is used in the fermentation process in Indonesia and other Southeast Asian countries.

 Using this Tempeh culture, we ferment the onion skins carefully and thoroughly for two days.

This proprietary Tempeh fermentation process increases the quercetin concentration by 1.4x

while also reducing the typical bitter aftertaste of the onions, creating a deliciously refreshing flavor.

Brewing Instructions:

Add one bag of tea for every one liter of boiling water, let simmer over a low heat for 10-15 minutes and enjoy.

<By the cup>

Place one tea bag in a large cup, add about 200ml of hot water, let sit for three minutes and enjoy.
