All the materials are EN 10028 P 355 NH quality.
All the materials used in the tank are certified according to EN 10204 3.1
Tank manufactured from TÜV SÜD (Germany) approved project.
Material and manufacturing will be under control of TÜV SÜD (Germany) or Loyd.
Weldings of the tanks will be performed with Colom-Boom Machine (ESAB).
Dishends will be torispherical and exposed to stress relieving process @ 620 °C.
Welding will be controlled by the means of Raiography.
Tanks will be sandblasted according to Sa 2 ½norm and coated with 2 layer epoxy.
We start to manufacture boilers and pressure vessels in Istanbul / Turkey since 1975.
Currently we 2 factories 1 is in Kocaeli other one is in Istanbul.
