NHK-4 Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine (Servo driven)

High Speed Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine (Servo driven) NHK series is our new vertical form fill seal wrapper for pillow pack bags starting from a flat reel of heat-sealable packing film.

The machines is driven by servo motors, controlled by PLC and interfaced by touch screen. The particular hardware configuration allows the machine to achieve up to 60 bags per min.

Combined with NHK multihead weigher the NHK Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine is suitable for packing Dry Processed Food and Fresh Food:
Sank Foods, Seeds (Pulses), Coffee (granules/beans), Tea, Sugar, Grated Cheese, Bakery Products, Candies & Confectionery, Rice, Nuts & Dried Fruits, Spices, Small Pasta pieces, Pet Food (pellets) etc.

Combined with NHK multihead weigher the NHK Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine is suitable for packing Non Food:
Bolts, Washers, Nuts, Auto parts, Electrical parts, Plumbing Parts and furniture assembly parts etc.

Combined with NHK Auger filler the NHK Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine is suitable for packing
