A Slide Copier is a simple optical device which can be fastened to the lens mount of a camera to enable slide duplicates to be made. This digitises images from film-based transparencies.Salient Features:

The devices is about 11.6cm long, and screws into an intermediate 't-mount' attached to the camera. The lens in the copier does not need to be complex, because the systems are usually stopped down to small f numbers, and the object and image distances are similar, so that many aberrations are minimised. The new Pro Slide Copier screws into the filter thread of the lens. This means it can be connected to almost all SLR Lenses and Video, Digital Movie and Digital Still Cameras with 52mm lens thread dia. The built-in close-up optics allow you to transfer slides into the video and digital movie cameras with relative ease. You can also use different filters for special effect.The lens of the Pro Slide Copier may be used as a +10 close-up lens (Included). Remove the lens unit from the Pro Slide Copier and attach it onto the camera lens for close-up picture taking.
