INK TOWER is a new model of recycling machine for ink cartridges which comes with a whole set of accessories for washing, unclogging, preparing, filling, de-contaminating and repairing eventual failures on ink cartridges.
Main features
1) Innovative Design
Ink Tower's technical project allows up to 3 users to work at the same time, increasing the productivity on the recycling process. The machine's layout is arranged in 4 sides:
Side 1: Recycling station for black ink cartridges with sponge;
Side 2: Recycling station for black ink cartridges with reservoir;
Side 3: Recycling station for color cartridges;
Side 4: Back door for machine maintenance.
If the machine is being used by only one person, the user can rotate the machine, placing any of the 4 sides in front of him/her.
2) Work with unlimited types of ink
One of the main innovations of Ink Tower is the new system of ink supply to the cylinders (where the ink is stored before filling the cartridge). The ink is drawn by vacuum, from any type of recipient, to the working area.
3) Ready for the future
Due to its structure and its vacuum system, Ink Tower is ready to recycle the new upcoming cartridges on the market. The new vacuum hoses and ink outputs on the machine can be connected to new holders built for new cartridges, such as the new HP 02 series (636), recently launched in Brazil, without sponge or electric circuit. Parai has developed black and color holders for these new series, also included in Ink Tower.
4) Cartridges filled with 3 times more ink than the original
Ink Tower comes with a wrench with steel blades specially designed to open the 27A and also the 94A cartridge series, enabling changes in its structures so that it can be filled with 30 ml of ink (3 times more than the original ones).
The original cartridges are normally filled with 10 ml of ink. With Parai's exclusive and patented technique (deposit 00041/5 21st of July 2005) they can receive up to 30 ml of ink when recycled. This also assures a greater customer satisfaction, because the cartridges they'll buy from your service will last longer than the ones from your competitors.

5) Vacuum Chamber
Ink Tower comes with a Vacuum Chamber to fill sponge cartridges.
The Vacuum Chamber is another option to fill the sponge cartridges. It's important to remark that filling with a vacuum chamber is only one part of the recycling process. Before the proper filling process, the cartridge must go through some preparation steps, which are only possible with our machines and all of its included accessories.
While the competitors limit their process to the vacuum chamber, Parai considers it as one part of the whole process of recycling. Because we understand that recycling a cartridge is a lot more than just refilling it.
6) Refills up to 4 cartridges at the same time
Three vacuum recipients, two vacuum pumps and 8 master cylinders allow the recycling of 4 different cartridges at the same time
