Monitor Screen: The monitor screen will display all your assets tracking on the map and list them on the left hand 

side of the page.

  Manage target from monitor screen: Manage target will allow you to update the vehicle information such as, display 

name, vehicle make, model, type, colour, year and rego. Manage target is also where you set the vehicle over speed 

limit, select different display icons, add remarks, allocate contacts to individual assets and allocate asset to groups.

Operational Statistics from monitor screen: There is two ways to access the operational statistics. The first is by 

right clicking on the asset from the monitor screen, then selecting statistics operation. This will take you to the 

statistics overview screen for that individual asset. From there you will be able to see an overview or access 

individual reports by clicking on any of the numbers listed under each report title

Once you have selected the asset and time / date parameters click search and it will display the information

Statistics tab: The statistics tab is located next to the monitor tab on the top of the page. Clicking on the statistics t

ab will take you to a statistics overview of all the assets in your account. You can click any number under the 

particular statistic and it will take you to the statistical information for that particular asset. All reports can be 

exported to excel format.

 Asset:  Once you have clicked on the target tab, you must then click asset. It will then display all the assets in a list. 

This is where you can add and remove groups and view or manage your asset details. If you have a large amount of 

assets, you can use the search function to locate the wanted asset. 

 Geo fencing: Once you have clicked the target tab, you then need to click the geo fence button which will take you to 

the geo fence screen.

Contact: To add contacts please click the contact button after clicking the target tab. It will take you to the contact 

home screen and list the current contacts that have been added to your account. To add a contact simply click add, 

to modify click modify and remove click remove.
