DOUBLE WALL FUEL STORAGE TANKS

Double Wall above Ground Tanks EN 12285-2 

General Specifications:

• Internal and external tanks manufactured in carbon steel.
• Between the 2 walls there is an interstitial space that possibility the leak detection.
• Tanks manufactured according to European Rules EN 12285-2, fully tested and CE certified.
• Capacity range from 1.000 to 120.000 Litres.
• Tank Diameters: 900, 1.250, 1.500, 1.900, 2.200 and 2.500 mm.
• High quality welds by submerged arc SAW.
• The carbon steel used (according the EN 10025-2) of high mechanical strength and deformation capacity
• Supports cradles and manhole access ladders are incorporated.

Superficial finish

-External:

• Sandblasted SA 2-1/2.
• Coating with one hand of zinc silicate primer and other hand of Polyurethane, RAL9010 White colour, to a minimum thickness of 90 microns. 

-Internal:

• Clean.

Leak detection:

-Standard supply:

• Leak detection by vacuum (manovacuometer and cut-off valve included)
• Vacuum realisation in factory.

-Optional supply:

• Monitored detection by liquid
• Monitored vacuum or pressure leak detection.

Possibility of changes:

• Special manhole connections and additional manholes.
• Special ladders and platforms.
• Multi-compartment.
• Special diameters and lengths.
• Containerised tanks.
