Pure Gold Organic Olive Oil is procured via pressing of Aegean olives selected with great
care and harvested early from trees planted on grounds up to 300 m high of sea level and
grown with natural methods (without using any chemical fertilizers and pesticides), without
waiting, in our olive-squeezing facility, and without seeing thermal operation up to max. +37
0C.
Pure Gold olive oil is produced with special numbering, all along the process from the garden
to the use of consumer.
This oil is being kept in nitrogen-protected chrome-nickel tanks, which are designed to keep
its supreme qualities from light and heat, at max. +14 0C, until it is packed for customer
appreciation.

aroma.

Extra Virgin No Filter

Pure Gold Early-Harvest No-Filter 0.8% Natural Extra Virgin olive Oil is procured via

The difference in color and its cloudy appearance is due to its status of being non-filtered and
its being “pure”. Therefore, it is only natural to see some build up of residues in the bottom of
