For industrial applications involving various types of abrasive or coarse media, OK electrical industry can offer certain sizes of drainage pumps and components made of materials adapted to the projected use.

OIL CHAMBER The seal chamber is filled with oil for lubricating and cooling mechanical seals.

Power Mixer

The OK Electrical Industry patented POWER MIXER can be mounted on the volute of all
OK electrical Industry “ZSP” pumps. Prior to the start of each pumping cycle, it transforms the pump into a powerful mixer, providing automatic debris sludge. Hereby it prevents the buildup of sludge banks and debris on the sump floor, as well as the formation of floating crusts. Offering a considerably cleaner station environment, it also provides a high degree of oxygenation, leading to a virtually odor-free pump station.

Automatic Level Control

For dewatering and drainage, the Pumps can be automatically regulated with the level control system. This system, and ok electrical industry exclusive, senses the power consumption of the pump and stops the pump at dry running.

This system of level regulators is simple and reliable, when the liquid level rises to the Regulator, the position of the regulator changes. A switch will then start or Stop the pump.

The regulator can also be wired to an alarm.

The self-cleansing, maintenance free level regulator patented 0LC uses a micro switch to start and stop pumping whenever the liquid reaches the predetermined heights. The micro switch is protected with smooth polypropylene, resistant to most aggressive liquids. Rather than floating on the surface, the 0LC hangs immersed in the liquid, where is self-cleansing. This ensures that grease and solids that might otherwise stick to its surface do not affect operation. No toxic materials (such as lead or mercury) are used in its manufacture so it is suitable for use even under the most stringent conditions.
