Originally conceived as a low-cost entry machine for developing countries, this machine has rapidly become one of our best sellers, even in many developed countries.  As a result, the specifications have been continually upgraded giving improved versatility and productivity. Over 1,500 units have now been delivered by our overseas factories in its first nine years of production.

Various Applications and Materials

Simple but effective fully automatic machine for the production of a wide variety of containers in any market. From six cavity container right up to 2.5L single cavity production is possible.  As with all ASB Series machines, it has the flexibility to process materials other than PET including PP and PC.

High Level Functions in an Economic Machine

A variety of specialized functions can be utilized including the use of a gate-cutter and champagne base operation* which allows high quality small containers to be molded with ease. The use of an electric servo for mold indexing ensures fast dry cycle and hygienic operation.
