Piezoelectric Diaphragm/Membrane Micropump, with very low power consumption, is ideal for battery operated or energy-saving applications. For examples, it can be applied in Direct Methanol Fuel Cell (DMFC), Reformed Methanol Fuel Cell (RMFC), Water (Liquid)-based cooler, Medical equipment (drug delivery), Bulk ink supply system and household appliance.
