Detailed Product Description
Aluminum Bronze A2 is an iron-bearing copper-aluminum based bronze. This alloy is generally used for joining aluminum bronzes of similar compositions, manganese, silicone bronzes, some copper-nickel alloys, ferrous metals and dissimilar metals, for example aluminum bronze to steel and copper to steel. It is also used for welding parts where wear-resistance and corrosion-resistance are required. Chemical Compositions (% in Wt.): Cu (incl. Ag):Remainder, Zn:0.02, Al:8.5-11.0, Fe:1.5, Si:0.10, Pb:0.02, Total Others:0.50.
