Our principle, the manufacturer of Charcoal Briquette is a state-owned company in China.  They have two factories, one for instant charcoal briquette and the other for regular briquette. From the end of 2001, they exported the products mainly into USA market. The quality is the same as the Kingsford brand in USA.

1.      Application: For barbecue in house, in tour, or in restaurant.

2.      Type: Regular charcoal briquette and Instant charcoal briquette

3.      Features: Safe, convenient, clean, smoke-less, low sulfur content and powerful, high effect

4.      Regular charcoal briquette

a)      specification: Moisture content : 3-5%

                                              Ash content: 14-20%

                                              Volatile Materials: 20-30%

                    Sulfur: < 0.2%

b) Ingredient:                    Charcoal, high quality coal, adhesive.

c) Package:                      Three layers of paper with two layers brown paper inside.

                                         Now we have two kinds of package, 10 pound and 20 pound. The package

                                         can also be designed as per customer request.

For 10 pound package, 120 bags on one pallet, 36 pallets of products in one 40 containers. There are 4320 10-pounds bags in one container. The net weight is 19.6128 tons.

For 20 pound package, 60 bags on one pallet, 36 pallets of products in one 40 container. There are 2160 20-pounds bags in one container. The net weight is 19.6128 tons.

       d) Need a little of oil to light the Regular charcoal

       e) Ash over time: About 23-25 minutes, burning time:75-80 minutes

5. Instant charcoal briquette

a) Specification:               Moisture content: < 4%

                                                Ash: < 30%

                                                Volatile Material: < 43%

                                                Sulfur: < 0.15%

b) Light the briquette with fire directly without oil.

c) Ash over time is 5-8 minutes.

d) Package: Now we have bags of 3 pound and 8 pound. Bags have two layers of

  paper.

  For 3 pound bag package, 200 bags in one carton, two carton on one pallet.

6. The design edit for bags shall be provided by customers, the printing can be done in Beijing Paper Manufacturer, the TBO type.
