SINGLE MACHINE FACTORY

1. With the help of dry system the oily seeds (Corn seed, Cotton seed, Soy Seed, Sunflower Seed, Canola Seed and Etc... ) are processed. If wanted these processed seeds provide waste products food, oven, chicken, turkey, restaurant waste and Etc... ), and if processed more it provides a higher value.

2. Our machines help to reduce the amount of unwanted dangerous materials such as Urease, and Gosipol to desirable levels.

3. The heat can be adjusted in the Dry Extruder system to enforce the finished product to be sterilized from fungus and dangerous bacteria.

4. The Dry Extruder system helps to liquefy edible materials with the help of high pressure heat to increase their shelf life.

5. If desired the machine provided with uniform hot water and water steam can return wet Extruder.

6. Our Extruder machines can be produces from 300kg/hr to 12500 kg/hr.

7. If wanted you could put the screener cracker and the cooler-dryer-cracker in front of the machine, to make changes on the quality and capacity of the output. Also with an addition of cage unit attached to the exterior of the machine, oil can be extracted from seeds.

8. All of our machines are manufactured by FM (Fidanlar Makina). FM is responsible for providing expertise in configuring, operation management, spare parts, output adjustment, and repairs as soon as they are required.

9. Machines manufactured by FM are delivered in our factory, but installed on customer location.
