The NEW & IMPROVED Whiffs Brush Pro Mask is now available. With thesame proven technology as the original Brush Pro Mask, only with asleeker design; the new & improved Whiffs Brush Pro Mask is easierto put on and take off. Weve replaced the Velcro head strapping systemwith an elastic band made of Nomex ® material! Rather than using theover the head strapping system, youll simply need to tie the elasticband behind your neck. It will no longer be necessary to remove yourhelmet or any other gear. The Whiffs Brush Pro mask is made ofAdvance Nomex ®, which carries a 1050° heat rating. The breathing portof the mask is made of Nomex knitted hood material which also carries a1050° heat rating. The Brush Pro mask is lined with blue Indura ® UltraSoft ® cloth with a hydro lone finish. This material helps to wickmoisture from the firefighters face and prevents the transfer ofradiant heat to the skin. The Brush Pro mask is the most versatile maskwe make. It is excellent for wildland firefighting and perfect forstructural overhaul/mop-up. Its sleek design makes it comfortable towear, even in hot climates. The black Velcro ® attachment point at thebridge of the nose on the outside of the Brush Pro mask should be usedfor attaching to the goggles. The other three Velcro attachment pointson the OUTSIDE of the mask should be used for attaching the optionalneck shroud. The Whiffs Brush Pro Mask weighs 2.1 oz. It is machinewashable in cold water, and should be hung to dry. (Xcaper ® filters,Whiffs Shroud, and Goggles are sold separately.) Each Brush Pro Maskcomes with one Xcaper professional filter.
