Suckling Lamb stuffed with Potatoes and Truffle HOW TO PREPARE Dust the piece in flour and brown in a frying pan at a high heat. Bake at 180 ºC between 35 and 40 minutes. To prevent the net from breaking, place a "bed" of potato and onion on the oven tray. Gradually add water to prevent the piece from drying out. Garnish: Accompany it with golden potato rounds with which the piece was baked. Add some vegetables and, once served, enrich the dish with a little truffle oil.
