Detailed Product Description

The production linespecially treats the HDPE plastic container. Materials go to the first shredder viaconveyor  for shredding to big sizeflakes with around 30mm,and then via the first sink-float tank for impurities separation and then tofirst spinner washing, the clean HDPE flakes will go to granulator for furthercrushing, and afterwards will go to sink-float tank for further separationagain to guarantee the washing quality, before blowing to the big storagehopper the materials need to be dewatered and removal of the light materialssuch as paper chips, labels and so on. Less Labor is required for the wholeline operation, all the equipments have been qualified by CE certificate, andno waste water discharging during the production, all the water recycled useafter water treatment system.
