Complete Plate sterilization Equipment is a special one time sterilization equipment design for dairy product, fruit juice, beverage or similar with liquid material, its a ideal equipment for material through the sterilization, cooling to reach the aim of prolong the kept-time, could accord users different requirement about different material heating, sterilization, kept-temperature, cooling to design different connection, also it has different safety project and high temperature alarm and low temperature reflux. At the same time, it can accord users requirement to equip the same high-accuracy Auto-control system.

1) Uses the design of seven sections heat-exchanger fix, it is efficient to use
all heat and reduce heat-loss to the minimum
2) Intelligent PLC control to perform people-computer dialogue without manual
operation and supervision

production
4) Automatic temperature (ultra-temperature) control in sterilization section,
automatic constant temperature control(can be set and reset) in exiting
section
5) Constant pressure control in material exit, which connect the filling machine
directly to reduce middle procedure
6) All the supporting parts are imported to ensure the stable operation
