Rope opening, sliting and squeezing machine is designed for two option which are rope opening or tubular cutting according tubular or open witdh fabric type . Machine is made from stainless stell . Machine consist from mainly ;

A REVOLVNG TABLE: Revolving table is synchronize working with detwister group . Revolving table can be use automatic or manuel . Revolving table help to opening of gimlet at fabric by turning of inverse side of gimlet side at fabric .

B ROPE SQUEEZING: Rope squeezing is made from stainless stell which uses for the pre-nonwater process at rope of fabric . Rope squeezing can be use automatic or manuel .

C DETWISTER: Detwister is most important part of opening group which is sensed automatically to gimlet at fabric  and turning inverse of gimlet at fabric for opening of fabric . Detwister has got automatic tension blockage system for to prevent unwanted lenghten of fabric . Detwister can be use automatic or manuel . Detwister is made from stainless stell .

D CUTTING UNIT: We can use Bianco or Corino cutting unit for machine . Needle trail at fabric is followed automaticaly by photocamera system . Cutting unit system has automatic knife sharpen system . Cutting Unit can be use automatic or manuel .

F CENTERING-OPENING GROUP: Bianco brand DOGAL 04 type centering-opening group consist from ; stainless openers which also can be full opening witdh of fabric which can be full-lycra kind fabric , FLUO which has got fabric position detection sensor is uses for to detection of fabric net witdh and is sending command for to centering of fabric , centering driven roller with pneumatic sliding device .

G TENSION REMOVER: That prevent to driven at fabric due to space between opener roller and foulard by roller witdh motorized reduction driven .

H FOULARD GROUP: Foulard group made from stainless steel which consist from vat , shower and washing spray , U form stainless spiral opener and squeezing roller with pneumatic bellows .

I FOLDING GROUP: After foulard , fabric transfered to fabric carrier by lineer transmitter for storage of fabric . 

Squeezing foulard with two rollers; pressure obtained through pneumatic bellows, and is driven by gearmotor. Rollers rubberized by means of vulcalization . That unit has DAN TROYLER system for to synchronized working with machine . Side supports with twin-crown orientable roller bering . Voidance disk at two sides of squeezing rollers is prevent to bearing from water . There are stainless stell dipping vat and steering roller under squeezing rollers . Squeezing rollers are watched continuous by a manometer and could adjustment to stopless of machine . Diameter of the squeezer rollers are 290 mm. and lenght of the squeezer rollers are 2600 mm. Average squeezing effect of machine 65-70 % due to kind of fabric and also squeezing pressure .
