As the professional manufacturer of Expanded Food Processing Line, we provide two types of expanded food processing line currently:
1. One uses potato starch, potato powder, cansava starch, maize starch, etc as raw material. The semi-products needs drying, then frying, then flavouring. The snacks are extruder by single-screw extruder.
2. The other one uses maize powder, rice powder, wheat flour, etc as raw material.
This kind of snacks are extruded by high temperature and high pressure. The snacks needs no frying, after extruding, it can be eat directly. Flavouring will enhance the tastes. This kind of snacks uses double-screw extruder for extruding.
