We designed this log house to be used for rental purposes. Therefore it is light and cheap with optimal internal space. Simple structure makes it fast to assemble and you can have it up and making money in few months.
Delivery contents have been designed so that all you need to purchase for it is local roof covering material, local foundation material (post or slab), local HVAC installations and furniture.
Structure for the house has been designed so that logs get good cover against elements and can be built either on flat land or to a slope. Build it on sea side or on a mountain to provide beautiful views for visitors. Building has low total mass and it can also be transported and built in difficult terrain like islands or high mountains.
