Features:
1. Chemical resistance : 98% H2SO4, 98% HNO3, 99% HAc, 38% HCl, 75% H3PO4, Formic acid, Fluoric acid in any level, etc.
2. No yellowing under sunlight.
3. Color : Green
4. Viscosity : 3200 (+ -) 200RV #3 20rpm
5. Solid : 47.8%
6. Film thickness : 70-100micro meter by one brush coat, at least two coats required to prevent a pinhole after drying first coat.
7. Film formation : 5hr at 25C
8. Drying time : 1 day at 25C, 2days in winter and can be applied at -15C.
9. Application : Acid manufacturer, Any manufacturer using acid, Plant floor, Tools, Vessel, Tank interior and exterior, Iron works, Chemical company etc. AP101 can be applied on any material.

11. Guarantee : 2 years, no color change and no deterioration of acid proof quality without breakage of film due to physical impact and direct blaze.
