The Painter Robot sketches human faces. It has a CCD camera and a parallel type arm to sketch a face with brush pen. The robot analyzes the images of eyes, eyebrows, nose, lips, hair, and chin line using image processing techniques. It draws the eyes and the eyebrows in detail touch to express the picture exactly. Using special processing methods, the paint robot can generate a person's face younger or older by adding or removing wrinkle lines. It satisfies spectators' craving for science and technology. The robot can do other kinds of jobs, such as drawing and writing letters on cakes with chocolate.
