Port of Loading : Brazil (Sepetiba, Tubarao)
Price: FOB Stowed Trimmed - Brazilian Port
No price variation, product must meet quantity and quality as per specification,
and certificate of International Inspectors "SGS", if otherwise does not meet the quality at loading is rejected.
Pay method: The buyer will initiate the execution of contract by issuing a Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit (RDLC) worth of EACH MONTH of delivering. The RDLC must be paid on the loading port against the presentation by the Seller of the SGS analysis report and cargo exportation despatches.
Delivery Period: The delivery shall commence at port of loading on/or about 30/40 days after the confirmation of the Financial instrument in the Seller's Bank account to the seller's satisfaction, and shall be legal and lawful currency of USD. Supplies will be in 12 consecutive months.
Inspection and Import License: The Seller Guarantees on its account that each shipment of IRON ORE shall be provided with an inspection certificate of quality and quantity at the time of loading by an International Laboratory like SGS or similar at Seller's expense. Final quality and quantity inspection shall be at port of loading at time of loading in Brazil. The import license from the Buyer country if any should be at the Buyer responsibility and at his sole expenses, such as import license must be available by the Buyer, and will be part of the contract.
Buyer's Bank : No China Bank is accepted except HSBC Hongkong. Top 24 World Banks in USA, Europe or other country approved by Seller.
