Flexible rubber magnet sheet, bonded rubber magnet

Bonded ceramic magnet can be supplied in both isotropic and anisotropic form(i. E. Rubber manget), and is ideal for applications where a low cost magnet needs to be combined with complex form precisely, plastic magnet is made by injection molded, while rubber magnet can be extruded or or rolled into long or thin shape.


Adhesive magnet is laminated flexible magnets adhered to various kinds of pvc, pp, double-sided tape. The colors of films are various. It is normally used on teaching children's toys, gifts and advertising. The magnetization(pole-width2,4,7 mm or 12.7/6.4/3.6 poles per inch) or be decided according to customers's needs.


Our wide range of sheeting and strip(coated or uncoated) offers true flexibility--because
it comes in the strengths, sizes and shapes you need. We have regular strength
or high energy products, with energy product from 0.6 to 1.7 mgo, thickness
from 0.5 to 9 mm thick, in lengths up to users' specification. Customer cutting
slitting, die-cutting, scoring or score-cutting to customers' specifications
are also available.

With synthetic rubber or plastics(nbror cpe).

The properties of the anisotropic rubber magnet is as follows:


Magnetic properties of the rubber magnets are better than that of sintered isotropic Ferrite magnets(about30% higher).
Punching, cutting, perforating and bending is easy.
The density is 3.6-3.7g/cm3, which is lower than that of sintered ferrite magnet.

Dimension and shape can be chosen freely ---- long, wide or thin forms are all possible Rubber magnets don't crack or break.
It is made from strontium or barium ferrite powder mixed with polymers and is widely used in magnetic sign, ad, gift, name card and toy etc. We can supply in below conditions&forms:

Natural thickness from 0.3 mm to 1.0 mm, width up to 650 mm and length up to 100
M. White or color pvc or psa coating is available upon request.

Uv coating is available upon request

Magnetism can be applied either on one side or on both sides with multi-poles, pole distance is usually 2 mm.

Artworks printing and die-cutting can be done as per customer's request
