AlNiCo Aluminum-Nickel-Cobalt Magnet

AlNiCo Aluminum-Nickel-Cobalt Magnet is high-energy permanent magnet, which posses high flux density,  high coercive, high energy product and extreme stability for temperature changes. It exhibits good resistance to demagnetization, stability in high temperatures and excellent conduction, as well as allow unique design with  following characteristics----- 

 
*High hardness, machined primarily by grinding.
*With low temperature coefficient, it can be used with little irreversible magnetism loss even in relatively high temperature.
*Magnetic properties can be effectively used by magnetizing the material after assembly in the magnetic circuit.

 *Circuit designs optimally matching the material are possible. Particularly, by using high-energy material, extremely  compact magnetic circuits are possible.
Because AlNiCo can be cast or sintered, a variety of irregular shapes are available, such as channel magnets,  horseshoes magnets, pot magnets, button magnets, rotors and castings. Our experienced machinist can cut material 
or fabricate assemblies to your specification.

This magnet is composed of a mixture of Al, Ni, Co powder with epoxy. Its properties are steady in change of temperature. 
 This significant temperature characteristic operates widely and well in a gauge and as bearing magnets and brake magnets  of watt meters. This magnet is also an isotropic type. 


Characteristics

2) Magnetic properties are steady in prolonged use.
3) The uniformity for magnetic properties is excellent.
4) Because of the high coercive force, the demagnetization to external magnetic field is very small.

Cast AlNiCo 
Cast Alnico magnets, which are aluminum nickel-cobalt-iron alloys, are the most established and widely used permanent magnet materials. Because of their high flux density and superior temperature stability, cast magnets have been accepted in the widest range of application.
