Or see attachment) 3) Origin: Russian 4) Offer Quantity:20,000,000 Barrels per month x 12 months(Ableto offer less or more quantity) 5) Price Term: The price shall be determined by the average of three days around the B/L date(Theday before, The day of Bill of Lading and the day after) dates to be referred to the average quotation as reported by Platts Mediterranean Market for CIF Delivery 6) Discount: Or Call to discuss further) 7) Delivery:40 DAYS after receipt and confirmation of DLC 8) Payment: By fully transferable, irrevocable, revolving, payable 100% at sight, Documentary Letter of Credit, payable and/or confirmed by a Top 100 Prime World Bank 9) Inspection: By SGS inspection in the loading port 10) Performance Bond:2% Performance Bond Procedures: 1. Buyer sends LOI and BCL. 2. Seller/Seller representative issues the FCO to the Buyer. 3. Buyer signs, seals, and sends FCO to Seller along with Buyer ICPO and full Banking Details. 4. Buyer and Seller signed Contract 5. Buyer shall issue SWIFT non-operative irrevocable, Confirmed, Transferable, revolving L/C at sight within 3 to 5 International banking days. 6. Seller shall issue 2% Performance Bond(PB)and POP to activate the non-operative Buyer L/C. 7. Delivery commence as per Contract.
