Price: US$ 28/MT FOBV. 5. Terms of payment: - 50 % when contract signed(Bank Guarantee will be provided on equal amount). - 50 % after completed loading and all export documents required have been submitted. 6. Loading rate:14 Days for 50,000 MT. 7. Loading Port: ASAM-ASAM KINTAB(Dewata Utama, Citra, Cenko) 8. Shipment/Delivery:45 days after signed contract and 50% Down Payment received. 9. Inspection for Quantity and Quality: By independent surveyor in seller account, final quality and quantity at the loading port. Buyers can also appoint their own independent surveyor in buyer account. 10. Bank Guarantee/Performance Bond: Will be issued simultaneously with Down Payment acceptance. 11. Terms and Conditions: Vessel must arrive at the loading port 17 days before date of departure, waiting time(demurrage) for barges to load on mother vessel above 5 days will be charged to buyer's account.
