1. Commodity: Coal(6.0 Kcal/Kg). 2. Origin: South Kalimantan, Indonesia 3. Quantity:30 or 40K MT. 4. Price: US$ 33 FOB/- Indonesia 5. Terms of payment:40% downpayment when contract signed(Bank Guarantee will be provided on equal amount). 60 % after completed loading and all export documents required have been submitted. 6. Loading rate: For total 40k from mines to port takes 30 days n leycan from port to mothervessel will be 12 days 7. Loading Port: Kintap, South Kalimantan 8. Shipment/Delivery:42 days after signed contract and 40 % Down Payment received. 9. Inspection for Quantity and Quality: By independent surveyor in seller's account, final quality and quantity at the loading port. Buyers can also appoint their own independent surveyor in buyer's account. 10. Bank Guarantee/Performance Bond: Will be issued simultaneously with Down Payment acceptance(2% PB). 11. Terms and Conditions: Vessel must arrive at the loading port 12 days before date of departure, waiting time(demurrage) for barges to load on mother vessel above 5 days will be charged to buyer's account.
