Frame: M.S. Rolled Steel Plates 
Brake: Screw and Friction Disc type self actuating load brakes ensures full safety
at any load position. 
Gears: gears are made from special alloy steel, case hardened ans precision machine
cut. 
Load Chain: Load chain is of Grade-80 alloy Steel chain as per IS - 6216 - 1982,
grade - 40 chain as per IS - 3109(part1) - 1982 is used for 0.5 tonnes chain pulley
blocks. 
Hooks: Forged as per IS - 8610 - 1977 
Load Wheel: Made from malleable iron casting. Pockets are shaped prfectly to to ensure
smooth movement of load chain with minimum wear of chain links and wheels.

Ball Bearings: For smooth operation load wheel and main shaft are mounted on ball
bearings. 
Motor: Crompton 230 Volts, Ac motor is used for single phase MCPB and 415 Volts,
three phase induction motor is used for three phase MCPB which ensures its effective
working. 
Limit Switch: Limit switches can be provided in 3 phase MCPB to control movement
of hook as desired and also prevents accidents due to over hoisting and excess lowering

Over Load Relay: Crompton Starter is fixed to prevent motor overload for single phase
MCPB. 
Weight: One of the lightest block available in the Indian Market. 
Spares: interchangeable spares are readily available. 
Guarantee: One year from the date of purchase on F.O.R. Kapadvanj basis for free
repair, replacement of any parts proved defective in material or workmanship.
