ANKER CHAIN ELECTRIC HOIST 
Anker Electrically operated chain hoist is a simple but robust and safe hoisting
machine incorporating only a few parts which are perfectly machinised and assembled
to ensure safe reliable and trouble free service for a long time. The hoist
is of enclosed design. All moving and bearing parts are free from dust enhancing
the hoist life.

Technical Specifications.....   
 Electric Motor: Robustly built, totally enclosed squirrel cage induction motor having
specially designed spring loaded tapered rotor, making it instantaneous self-breaking
and load sustaining. Motor is normally wound for 400 / 440 volts 3 phase
50 cycles, AC supply and is designed for 40 % intermittent duty with duty cycle
of 10 minutes.

Brake Disk: Heavy duty best quality brake discs with minimum wear ensuring a long
life and full safety. Moreover the brake disc is self adjusting for wear. 

Gears: Spur and Helical precision cut gears with both the ends mounted on ball bearings
to give very smooth and silent running. The gears are lubricated with high
viscosity and high temperature resisting greases and need no further lubrication
as they are totally enclosed in a dust proof gear box. 

Main Lifting Element: shaped and sized perfectly from the vast experience. The load
chain wheel secures correct grip of the hoisting chain without undue wear. 

Hosting Chain: Wear Resistant, heat treated Grade - 80, I.S. - 6216 special alloy
steel link chain with greatest mobility. Chain is accurately calibrated and tested
and having minimum factor of safety of 4.0 

Lifting Hook: Made of forge steel and tested as per IS - 8610 - 1977 having full
rocking and swiveling action. 

Push Button Switch: It has a robust and heavy duty pendant pushbutton switch for
hoisting and lowering with 240 Volts operating voltage and is suitable for ideal
general purpose applications. However Siemens pushbutton switch can be supplied
on request for Steel Mills and Foundries. 

Contactor Box: Air break type direct online reversing contractors, ensure safe working.


Limit Switch: Limit Switch prevents over hoisting and excess lowering. 

Test: Each hoist is tested to 25% overload and accomplished by a certificate. Normally
when a hoist is supplied with a trolley, it is as a combined unit. These can
be supplied separately on special request in which case the dimensions will change
slightly. 

Wrong Connection Preventor: Eliminates possibilities of wrong main supply connections,
thus avoids damages caused by this. 

Overload Preventor Relay: An Overload Relay is provided to prevent the motor from
burning due to overload. 

Guarantee: One year from the date of purchase for free repair, replacement of any
parts proved defective in material or workmanship.
