Detailed Product Description
Our Dry Processors are used for blending and mixing of dry rubber sheets, bales and crumbs for producing specially blended rubber.
Our Dry Processors have capacities from 1mt/hr to 5mt/hr. They can be used to mix and blend rubber into constant viscosity rubber used for the rubber tyres industries. Buyers of our Dry Rubber processes have used them to produce their own special graded rubber.
Our Dry Processors can also be incorporated into existing crumb rubber factories on the dry end of the crumb rubber process i.e. just after the crumb rubber dryer. They are used to blend the rubber more thoroughly and white spots can be eliminated by the use of our range of Dry Processors.
Our EMP Complete Dry Processing and Blending system incorporates EMP Dry Slab Cutter, Initial EMP Dry Processor, Final EMP Dry Processor, Cooling Tunnel, Conveying belt system, Baling Press(es) and Motor Control Centre.
