AA Birds' Nests are all absolutely hand washed and cleansed with only filtered water,WITHOUT the use of any bleaching agent nor chemicals.Hence,the signature off egg white aroma would tantalize your sense at first smell when its double-boiled.The strand does not disintegrate easily too.That is the result of our quality controlled environment and genuine production precessing.
