CARAT Contacts is a contact management software (one of the modules in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)) that allows you to, from the comfort of your office or home, send out useful information to your contacts to inform them about your new product, new service or just to keep them updated for little or no cost!

First, you input contact data obtained from the name cards you collect, accounts receivable software, accounts payable software, e-mail software and other sources. (We also provide a service to import your contacts stored in text, Access, Excel or DBF files) After you have entered the data, you can filter out contacts based on numerous criteria and merge them to form letters,send e-mail or SMS or print mailing labels.

In this way, you can send information about your products or services, newsletters, product launches, announcements, change of company or personnel information and any other information you can think of to a select group of people on your list. You save money because you are only sending information outto specified contacts whom you know would be interested to know what you want to tell them.
