Our coy. procedure:

1.Seller issues SOFT OFFER

2.Buyer issues LOI withfull Bank details or an ICPO to seller via Sellers mandate with right for soft probe.

3.Seller confirms receiptof ICPO from buyer.

4.Seller issues FCO toBuyer, Buyer signs accepting FCO.

5.Seller issues draftcontract with right for amendments if any.

6.Both parties signcontract and exchange copies by email attachment.

7.Buyers bank issues Irrevocable, Confirmed, Divisible,Revolving, Transferable SBLC /                                            

  Non Transferable SBLC100% of face shipment value at sight by top prime bank.

   8.Five Banking days afterreceipt of buyers SBLC by Sellers bank, seller issues 2% Performance Bond to the Buyer.

   9.Delivery commences asscheduled 30 to 45 days from date of receipt.
